@Horsecrappery Ha, never answered this. Sorry bout that. HB 1012 was designed as a “preemptive strike”, if you will, in case a voucher bill was passed. Also it would apply to any private school using the LNH scholarship funds. Alas, I ran it twice and it didn’t pass.
