HB 1269 passes the Senate! Oklahomans widely support making SQ 780 retroactive, a bill that allows people in prison for crimes that are now misdemeanors to be resentenced under current law. In fact, 76% of Oklahomans support it. Thank you @stephaniebice @jonechols & @jdunnington!
